As we have recently reached critical mass and have affected the false light grid, we will begin to see more and more people for who they really are, or are not. We will see those who have mastered the illusion of regurgitating information vs. those who are able to be centered, grounded, and speak of their own experiences from their heart. You will be surprised to see that the man or woman behind the curtain may be a wounded child as the curtain comes down.

A magician knows how to study, memorize, and practice, and can use mirrors and slight of hand to create an illusion. One who is truly in the power of who they are remembers how to create true magic through the heart, out of the void. If someone is serving in the form of a teacher, then that person should be able to share their own reality and learning experiences rather than to continuously quote and share other people’s experiences. As many of us have our psychic abilities activated more and more, we are beginning to see who is working in integrity and who is copying.

Some of the teachers that many people have been watching and listening to for many years hide behind other people’s truths while doing the complete opposite than what they teach in their own lives. I have heard of so called spiritual teachers who treat others badly and/or are outright alcoholics or drug users. I have heard of others who preach unconditional love and forgiveness while not taking responsibility for their own words and actions. We’ve all seen this type of behavior, with no responsibility or acknowledgement.  The main observation here is that there are no secrets where we are moving to, in 5d.
Deep inside, we all have an urgency to exit from this reality. Many teachers who have not done the work on themselves had a path of “fake it until you make it”. Sometimes it worked out in the end and they became amazing teachers because truly if you set your mind to something with positive affirmations, you can do anything. However what I would like to address here is the true way out of this matrix.

We will never exit the matrix only be obsessively being in service to others. There are no short cuts and there must be a balance. Many times I found myself working more for others by pushing myself to put out more information, only to have a situation arise in my life to slow me down. Eventually I took the hint and realized by trial and error that working on myself is most important, and then sharing the observations and what I had learned would help people more than just working hard by sharing other people’s experiences.

For example, I used to have a weekly radio show where I allowed people to share their experiences and it took a lot of work on my part to create this ongoing platform. The quality of the connection of the show continued to get worse and worse and it caused a lot of anxiety and pressure to be able to go on live with an interview. Eventually I just let the live show and all the work involved go and chose to pre-record when I felt like it. I enjoyed that so much better and the sound was so much better, and it just showed that there was an imbalance of energy. The imbalance was the pressure to go on live even when I wasn’t in the highest integrity. Another imbalance is that it did not pay any of the bills, which is still a part of my 3d reality.

We are not perfect yet. We are still bridging 3d with 5d. To be distracted with overworking yourself in service does no one any good and retards spiritual progress. Also, to be distracted with too much 3d will keep you rooted in 3d. We all will get to 5d at our own pace, but what I have learned is that I will get there much faster by focusing on 5d and focusing on myself first and sharing my own experiences rather than “performing” for others out of spiritual and metaphysical entertainment.

Thinking that you will make the pearly gates to 5d simply because you are working in service is an illusion. The pearly gates are within the heart and only open when zero point is reached. Zero point is achieved through self love and respect, and by standing in your own truth. It involves removing blocks and integrating traumatized shards of our soul that have separated from you, usually from an emotional trauma. When you do the work, you suddenly “get it”, and you can then share that truth.

When you “get it”, your thoughts and actions ooze truth and you become a shining pillar of light. You strive to treat others as if they were you, and you stop playing games. You can no longer be triggered (as much) and if you are triggered, you forgive and strive to keep going, learning each time how to react a different way. Sometimes you remove yourself from those who are not willing to work on their own projections. This is how a true teacher walks the walk and talks the talk. You have no need to fake it.

There is no judgment in watching a mask fall off of another human being. It’s a beautiful thing. Many will become vulnerable and will need support if they so choose to ask for help. Some will crawl deep into a hole to never be heard from again, out of embarrassment and with the unwillingness to grow their inner light and forgive themselves.

Just remember that we all came from the higher dimensions and we will all see each other again there, but the energy on the planet will no longer support hiding who you are. Trying to create magic from illusion will no longer work because everyone will know the trick. It’s best to focus within on the real magic of alchemy, geometry, and vibration, and to watch the world around you change. Honesty is key and lies will no longer be supported or tolerated. Some people cannot see that they are lying to themselves.

Another topic to mention is copyrights and trademarks in the spiritual and metaphysical communities. Nothing can be owned and everything that is thought comes from somewhere that is tied into everything. We are all one cosmic mind and are connected. We receive ideas and thoughts from our higher mind as it is downloaded into our brains. Twenty people can receive the same idea at the same time. Anyone who claims ownership over a name or method is only doing so to protect monetary rights, but eventually that will be seen for what it is as well. All helpful information should be shared, not stifled and marked. There are creative ways to be able to receive monetary support for your work.

You cannot enter the 5d pearly gates without mastering 3d. Mastering 3d means to be in a stillness within your heart, and that ironically means spending time with yourself and facing all that is not in alignment with love. It’s about being truthful with yourself and making a commitment to change what needs to be changed. It’s the most difficult task we can do, and just when we think that we are there, we see that we still have a lot of work to do. Anyone who thinks that they have done all of their work is fooling themselves, and we always continue to do the work until we merge again with Source.

Many teachers hide behind a curtain because if they were to really be seen for who they are, they would lose their power of influence and popularity. If you see one of these people, know that they are simply wounded children and don’t know any better. It’s also just easier to play a role than it is to BE that. If you have fallen into a trap of one of these people who just wants popularity and money, forgive yourself and learn what you do not want to align with.

As far as those who charge for their expertise, truth, experience, and healing services, there is nothing wrong with charging for services that are in alignment with a truthful energetic exchange as long as we are in a reality where we need money to survive. One day this will all fall away and we will only do what makes us happy. If you are “serving” incessantly, stop and think, “would I be doing this or working this hard if there was no such thing as money”? When the energy of desperation or greed is taken away, more people will be attracted to you than ever before. Beware of people who obsessively push their services and charge an enormous amount of money. Common sense says that to be in alignment in this economic crunch, we need to be able to offer affordable services but we also need to make enough money to survive. It’s that simple. Working incessantly for money is not going to create the shift into the reality where there is no money. Working when you are in alignment and for the right reasons- compassion and love will allow you to get what you need and to open your heart space even more through service. Time then stretches and allows you to get a tremendous amount of work done in a short period of time.

As crazy at is sounds, the way we remember who we really are is to observe who and what we do not want to be. A balance is required on how you take other peoples’ truth and meld it with your own, and learn form your observations of  how that melding worked for you. All the answers are within, but you are also projecting outside in your reality so that you can be able to recognize it. Become who you really are, not what you think others want you to be, and you will draw just the right people into your reality that will support your personal timeline shift as well as contribute to the collective. Becoming a true 5d magician vs. a 3d wanna-be is a goal that each one of us probably has at this time.

If you follow this template, you will never fall for another teacher who seems to know what they are talking about, and you will not become that teacher as well. You will also never feel the need to hide or to be introverted, and instead you will want to share your journey with others out of love and compassion for those who are about to walk the same path that you have. You will also never need to lie to yourself or to another ever again, nor will you need to feel like you need to make yourself seem better than someone else. You realize that we are all connected and all came form the same Source, but choose individualization based on integrity and love until we decide to return to that Source as one. We are all in this together, and we are all trying to remember who we REALLY are.

Are You Misinterpreting Your Emotions? Tue, 09 Jan 2018 02:30:57 +0000 By Nikki Sapp “Whatever you resist you become. If you resist anger you are always angry. “Whatever you resist you become. If you resist anger you are always angry. If you resist sadness you are always sad. If you resist suffering you are always suffering. If you resist confusion you are always confused. We think we resist certain states because they are there, but actually they are there because we resist them.”

On the surface it is completely understandable why we run from negative emotions. They are painful. As soon as our ego senses that pain may be about to emerge it runs into every crevice it can find to hide in.

The truth of the matter is that awareness leads to feeling, which leads to healing. The underlying fear of the ego is that healing means “death,” and this is why it hides at all costs from the light of our awareness.

The ego’s favorite hiding places are in those emotions and belief systems that have been judged as “wrong” by us. As long as we are still under the notion that certain emotions are “wrong” or unacceptable, this creates walls between awareness and these emotions, essentially keeping them alive or in a state of perpetual suffering.

In order to transcend this game of cat and mouse between the ego and our awareness we must come to know that all (believed) emotions/fears are indicative of a part of our subconscious mind that is begging for our attention. No emotions are wrong, and in fact it is quite common to misinterpret the meaning of many of our perceived “negative” feelings.

Looking at our most judged emotions from a new and fresh perspective, one of seeing the emotion as a gift of clarity into a deeper issue rather than the evidence of why we are still “not good enough,” or “not healed yet,” is what will ultimately create the space for awareness to flood into these spaces in our energy field, which leads to lasting healing. So what are some of the emotions that we are most likely misinterpreting?

Below are 4 commonly misinterpreted emotions and a clearer look at the cause of each one:

1) Sadness/Grief

The ego is formed by attachments to people, places, things, ideas and outcomes it thinks it “needs” or labels it in order to feel alive. The more attached we are to the labels or outcomes that our mind’s are insistent that it requires for happiness, the more “sad” we feel when we lose these things in our life.

However, the initial reaction by the ego is to see sadness as a representation that things are going wrong for us, life has given us yet another detrimental blow and now we are feeling grief and sadness in reaction.

This is true on one level, but a more expanded state of awareness tells us that sadness is only the energetic reaction to life showing us how much we don’t need such and such person, place, or thing in order to feel happy. Essentially the feeling of what we call “sadness” is the ego’s judgment of the physical feeling of losing something it was attached to for identification.

The gift that life often gives us is taking away the one thing we thought we “couldn’t live without,” just to show us how strong we are… still completely alive even without that thing we thought we needed. Knowing this doesn’t make sadness “wrong,” it only helps us to experience sadness as the natural by-product and proof that life is creating space in our lives for newer and better outcomes to come in.

2) Want/feelings of lack

We’ve heard countless law of attraction teachers tell us that “in order to have what you want you must feel as though you already have it.” And this is what that teaching means: How many times have you seen your dream home, someone working at your dream job, your friends in their fantasy relationships and felt a pang of want, like somewhere deep within your being you feel an ache of almost lack because you don’t yet have that thing you want so deeply?

What most don’t know is that very feeling is the universe’s way of telling what’s already not only coming to you, but what is already true in a part of your life’s movie up ahead. Instead of reacting to that pang of want as the proof that your life is still lacking, simply receive it as the universe confirming what’s already on it’s way to you.

It’s as if the universe is reminding you what is coming just to get a sign of your acknowledgment by saying, “oh thank you for reminding me of the blessings already on their way to me,” so that you can anchor the feeling like you have it! Life is never trying to taunt you by showing you what you lack, but rather what is already yours if you would only align with the fulfillment of the desired wish before it comes, not after.

3) Anxiety, worry, driven by stress

There is a reason why so many spiritual teachers suggest some sort of meditation or relaxation practice. The reason is an over active ego, meaning one driven by fear, “future-oriented” thinking is the direct result of an over-active nervous system.

And as you can guess, the antidote to a reactionary nervous system/fearful ego is calmness and presence.

The more we practice some sort of relaxation techniques the more we calm the nervous system into periods of deep silence, stillness and relaxation which translates into a being who is more rooted in the present moment.

Very rarely are our “worst fears” or even day to day anxieties truly happening in the present moment, more often than not they are happening only in our heads, in imagined scenarios. The more we trust that life only gives us the situations that are there to help us evolve, the calmer we feel everyday and we will be more prone to inner peace.

4) Frustration

You may have heard the quote that suggests that insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results, and this is where this judged emotion comes into play.

If you have ever felt extreme frustration with life, “why is this happening to me again?” or “I’m so sick of things being this way I could scream,” you see how the emotion of frustration can have us feeling like we are going insane.

To remedy this, we must be willing to make new choices, to switch things up, to do something we’ve never done in a way we’ve never done it to shake up the energetic stagnation that has resulted from making the same choices over and over and over and getting the same results.

It is very easy to get stuck in ruts, in cycles or timelines that have us manifesting the same things, different day, week after week, or even year after year, so it’s no surprise why some of us feel completely frustrated with our lives.

By encouraging yourself to just choose differently, you set yourself free from complacent and stagnant energy. The choices you make do not have to be big, choosing to eat at a new restaurant, to hang out with someone new, to wear something you wouldn’t normally feel confident enough to wear, or to apply at a job you would normally feel afraid to even attempt, you create energetic shifts in your energy field which are just enough to set you free from your prison of frustration.

Modern Day Enslavement.

You have a job. You put food on the table, pay your bills, and possibly own a house and a car, or a ton of houses and cars.

But you feel enslaved. You are bound by invisible chains that tell you what to think, deprive you of your dreams that once made your heart sing, and remind you constantly just how undeserving you are in “the real world.”

Welcome to modern-day slavery that is rooted in lack, powerlessness and low self-worth.

You are the artist whose work is meant to inspire the world but you work as a banker because that’s the only way you’ve been taught to make a living… You are the writer whose words can take down walls and melt boundaries, who daydreams in a cubicle behind a computer screen, wishing life was anything but this… You are the curandero whose heart contains all the healing songs from the plants from the Peruvian Amazon, and feel weighed down by fulfilling the demands of a Wall Street CEO…

Are you longing to be free? Here are 5 ways to liberate yourself from a world that demands your enslavement.

1. Know What You Are Seeking

The life you know isn’t fulfilling you, but you don’t even know what you are yearning for.

As a result, you fall into an endless search for that missing piece outside of yourself through money, relationships, substances, the general acquisition of more things you believe will make you happy, or even spiritual practices that promise you answers and tranquility.

Whether you believe you desire joy, inner-peace, social recognition, a cure, or something else; at the core, what you are seeking is freedom.

Freedom to own your brilliance and magic, and to express all your gifts and uniqueness.

Freedom to do and create whatever your heart desires.

And freedom to design a life that honors your choices and voice.

2. Own Your Birthright

Freedom isn’t something that can be purchased, bargained for, or even acquired, that is because freedom is your ultimate birthright – you are born a sovereign being with intrinsic, absolute and unconditional freedom; nothing and no one can ever take it away from you, not even at the moment of your death.

Your essence, or the True You is eternal Source Energy, and the only thing Source Energy knows is limitless creation, expression and expansion.

In fact, this aspect of your being is what causes the anger and frustration whenever you allow external circumstances to make you feel limited and restrained. When your True Self desires to express itself as a jazz musician but you are going through a soul death at the office working eleven hours a day slaving for an egocentric boss, there is a drastic vibrational gap between who you believe you are, and Who You Truly Are, and that vibrational gap gives you a kick in the gut, aka, the feeling of dissonance to alert you to follow your internal guidance.

You are the only being in this world who has the power to tap into your absolute freedom and reclaim your power from life, and until you can own your birthright 100% without giving into external circumstances, you will always be bargaining for your freedom and cheapening your worth. All transformation begins with owning your freedom.

3. Release All Conditions

Living in world where we are conditioned to attach a “condition tag” to everything, it is so easy to get sucked into the mental trap of, “I’m in debt, how can I be free” or “I can only feel the peace and safety once I ____” (insert whatever conditions you have).

The thing is, if your ultimate freedom depends on that promotion, the number on your bank account statement, love from another, or social validation, what happens to you once the condition is removed?

Worse, once you believe a condition must be met in order for you to experience any desired state of being, you are actually jeopardizing your own creative power by closing doors to other options that can deliver the same desired state of being while limiting your own freedom.

No freedom can be unconditional if you place terms and conditions of any kind around it. The moment you do, you are willingly and unconsciously giving it away, and will always be looking for it outside of yourself.

4. Consciously Embody Your Desires

You may be thinking to yourself this article is encouraging the releasing of all earthly desires. It is not.

On the contrary, I am the last person on earth who believes in mindless and unconscious self-deprivation in the name of empowerment or enlightenment, and I coach and teach the importance of having fun, and boldly embracing our dreams and desires in life CONSCIOUSLY without giving our power away.

Selling and donating all belongs and retreating from the world is a beautiful path for some, while creating and enjoying this game of life is a glorious path for others. Both are empowering if chosen with complete consciousness and love, and there is no right or wrong; there is only the path that is most aligned with what your True Self has come to earth to accomplish. No one can tell you what that is save for you.

To blindly renounce all your desires in life for the sake of following others’ teachings is simply another form of mental enslavement that often leads to more resentment, powerlessness and lack. This is the reason why many spiritual seekers remain in lack while equating conscious desires to unconscious materialism, but secretly wishing for more abundance with inner conflict. In order to claim your ultimate freedom, you must only walk the path that feels most joyous to you and shine your own light rather than allowing others to tell you how to shine.

After all, you are Divinity having a bit of fun in a human body, and you did choose to come to the earthly realm to create, so why not treat yourself like the God or Goddess you are, and surround yourself with beauty, abundance and joys in a way that feels right to you, that honors you, others and the planet?

The difference is once you have owned your unconditional freedom and worth, and released your terms and conditions on “what should be”, your desires in life are no longer bound by programmed beliefs from others, or the need for approval and acceptance.

As a result, you may still feel called to create conscious success, legacy projects, or community, but these desires vibrate on a very different frequency than the ego desires you may have once held, and whatever creative juices that are flowing within you stem from your soul mission, authenticity and power.

By releasing all desires that were generated by fears of the ego, you are simply freeing up inner space to channel whatever Source Energy wants you to Be, Do, and Create. Nothing is more liberating than this!

5. Master Your Inner World

To stay centered in your freedom, and exercise your power of choice requires you to master your own thoughts and be able to choose a different perspective whenever you view yourself to be the victim of your surroundings.

You may identify yourself with every thought that goes through your head, but those thoughts are nothing more than learned ideas and adopted beliefs from others that found their way into your mind throughout your lifetime.

Your freedom meter in life can be measured by how much energy you invest into distressing and disempowering thoughts. The more you repeat them, act from them and react to them, the more they clutter the creative space within you and the less freedom you are able to access in life.

A shift in an emotional state sometimes does not come from a change of external circumstance, but from how you choose to perceive what is. Surrendering to life is a choice overlooked by many, but in the end, it IS a choice.

In any experience in life, vibrationally, you can only be an enslaved victim or a liberated creator; there is no middle ground. You can succumb to life believing things are being done to you, or you can embrace whatever life is offering you, and know that on some level, your True Self has consciously chosen this experience on some level for your soul evolution.

If you choose the latter, you are activating the divine freedom each of us has inherited from birth, but few have tapped into, and are at liberty to write whatever stories you wish to write in your journey of conscious creation.

“The only way to deal with an unfree world is to become so absolutely free that your very existence is an act of rebellion.”

– Albert Camus

There is a growing awareness and indignation about the injustice and inequality running rampant in our world, and growing interest in creating the better world that we all know can exist. One of the key changes that needs to happen to enable the transformation of our humanity is to reclaim our personal power to think for ourselves, to discern truth from disinformation, and to stand firm for what we know is right.

The Source that created us endowed us with free-will and the power to create with our thoughts, words, and deeds. Yet many of us are squandering these endowments, squandering them so badly that the probable future of humanity is not looking very bright. Humanity is at a critical junction in its history — one road leads to a very bleak future, and the other has the potential to be a new golden age. The outcome depends on us, each one of us, starting right now and it starts by freeing your mind! The key to reclaiming our freedom and creating a better world is for each of us to reclaim our sovereignty.

What is Sovereignty?

The word “Sovereign” refers to the power or right that a nation/state or individual has to determine its own destiny — to not be controlled by others. The ability to determine one’s own destiny has been termed SELF-DETERMINATION and it is one aspect of the timeless ideal called FREEDOM. Self-determination and freedom are said to be intrinsic rights bestowed on us by Source/God. The American founding fathers firmly thought so and called these “inalienable” rights. Personal sovereignty refers to the intrinsic right of an INDIVIDUAL to self-determination.

But having the right of sovereignty is not the same as BEING sovereign. One must assert a right through one’s thoughts and actions, or the right is essentially lost. Ultimately your sovereignty has to be demonstrated. The classic saying “Freedom is not free” echoes this idea — rights must be claimed by the constant application of attention, thought, and engagement.

An important part of being truly free is the responsibility to be highly discerning about the ideas, beliefs, and attitudes that we choose to accept from society. In fact, we must be independent minded and confident enough to form our own ideas, beliefs, and attitudes — despite the pressure that society puts on us to conform. We must not just blindly accept everything our government, religions, teachers, and so-called “experts” want us to believe. Doing so gives away our power and allows the “powers that be” to create a world that serves their agenda — a world that might not be in our best interest.

Why Personal Sovereignty is Important

If we don’t start forming our own beliefs, trusting our inner knowledge, and standing for what we know in our hearts is right, the future of our world will be defined and created by a very few with a very self-serving agenda. In this world that worships the almighty dollar commercial interests are steering the ship. We have allowed them to hijack our government, our religions, our media, and our beliefs and attitudes — materialism, consumerism, separatism, and fear serve their interests.

Giving Away Our Power

But the “powers that be” only steer the ship because we’ve bought into all the beliefs and attitudes and have let ourselves become apathetic and disengaged. So let’s not point fingers and blame those that we perceive are manipulating us. Realize the we are ALLOWING ourselves to be manipulated, allowing ourselves to be taken to a future not of our design. We are fully responsible for everything about our lives including what we let happen to us, and we are letting a lot happen to us. Don’t fall into the “victim mentality” trap and get caught up in the blame and complain game — that only gives away your power.

Far too many of us are just are letting our beliefs and values be determined by others. Far too many of us are just going along with what we are told, following what our government, church, teachers, or idols have told us to believe, or do, or be, explicitly or implicitly.

Far too many of us are deferring to the opinions and ideas of the “AUTHORITIES”. This gives away our power and allows others to control us. And often times the “authorities”, or those that control/influence them, have hidden agendas that are not in our best interest.

Mass beliefs in the power of outside authorities are firmly entrenched in your psyche … raising many questions about the truth of who you are and why you place your trust outside yourself.

To reclaim our power we need to start forming OUR OWN beliefs, trust our inner truth, and do what WE KNOW is right, not what others tell us, or society expects. We need to engage our hearts and minds and stand firm in what we know is true and right. If we don’t do this soon, we might find ourselves living in a dystopian future like the ones explored in numerous fiction novels.

The Erosion of Freedom in The Age of Distraction, Obsession, and Fear

In this era dominated by consumerism, materialism, and the pursuit of the almighty dollar many of us are so busy and distracted by chasing the money, and the possessions, and the thrills that we are failing to see that we are gradually giving away more and more of our power and freedom. This slow erosion is going on all around us, subtly and not so subtly, on many levels.

Our obsession with the accumulation of possessions — materialism and consumerism — keeps us distracted from what really matters. Our fixation on all the dangerous, bad, fearful things happening in the world keeps us distracted from what’s important. All the wars including the “war on terrorism” and the “war on drugs” keep us mesmerized in fear.

“Your power ends where your fear begins.”

— Barbara Marciniak, Path of Empowerment

And who does this all serve? It serves shadowy commercial and political interests and the military-industrial complex and keeps them in the power and in the money. For them it’s all about the money, nothing else seems to matter, no higher purpose than to serve themselves. And they are masters of manipulation and are capitalizing on our weaknesses and our fears. Isn’t it obvious? Haven’t we had enough of this?

Reclaiming Our Power

It’s our divine right and responsibility to own our beliefs, ideas, principles, and values. It’s time we reclaim our confidence in our inner knowledge and have the courage to stand for truth and justice despite what our institutions, the media, and others may be telling us. We need to stop blaming the system and wake-up from our laziness, distractions, and dependencies to reclaim our power so we can create a better world!

It’s time to remember who you really are, not who others or society says you are or can be. It is time to stand in your own personal truths, not what others have told you is true. It is time to form your own beliefs, rather than just adopt what others believe. It is time to stand for what you know in your heart is right, rather than what society tells you is right, even if it means standing alone.

You are a slice of the powerful infinite being that we call the Universe, the source of “All That Is”. Stand in that power confidently! BE TRUE TO YOURSELF and STOP being a FOLLOWER!

You don’t need teachers, experts, professors, gurus, priests, pastors, church leaders, or heroes/idols to tell you what to believe, or what the truth is, or to show you how to connect with God. You don’t need THEIR beliefs, ideologies, or specific practices that they swear are the one and only way to reach the truth.

It is all within you, all the knowledge of the universe is deep within you. You are connected to all of it, to Source or whatever you choose to call it, just go within and become quiet and trust what you find, what you feel, what you know.

A bright future for humanity is still very much possible, but we’re going to have wake up out of our haze of consumption, distraction, laziness, apathy, and fear and start paying attention and getting engaged.  Even thou all our experiences expand Sources understanding of itself and the nature of its existence and, therefore, are all valuable, surely we’ve had enough of the many less than desirable themes repeating in our experiences.  Surely we’ve had enough of wage and debt slavery, of going to a job every day that we hate or bores us to tears, of all the competition and conflict, of all the pain and suffering — have we not? I think it is safe to say that our Source would encourage us choose a higher and grander vision of what we could be.  I think it’s safe to say that our Source would prefer the experience of joy, abundance, and freedom — for all.

Let’s make it happen!

Above every vitamin, mineral, antioxidant, polyphenol and phytochemical your body needs water and oxygen to survive and thrive. We often get caught up in the hot vitamin or superfood of the month but can overlook the essentials that our health needs to thrive. Oxygen is one of those vital nutrients. Without oxygen your life doesn’t last too long at all. Unfortunately we live in a polluted world. The air that we breathe and the water that we drink are quite inundated with pollutants and carcinogenic chemicals. Ozone therapy is a form of therapy that gives your body more readily available pure oxgyen to consume.

It’s as if you’re giving your body doses of oxygen. You give your body vitamins, minerals, herbs and spices that have medicinal value, so why not oxygen as well? Before investing more into ingestible things for your health I would recommend upgrading and boosting oxygen in your body so everything you eat, drink or take in supplement or powder form works even better.

Ozone is simply 3 oxygen molecules. It’s “03” in that sense. It is super oxygen for your body. Unfortunately it’s too much for your lungs to handle by itself. It’s oxidizing to the lungs. Other ares of the body can handle it just fine though. Ozone (remember, 3 parts oxygen) is very powerful for the health of the body.

Ozone Therapy Benefits The Detoxification Pathways & Energy Systems Of The Body

  1. In one clinical review of ozone therapy it activated the Krebs cycle which stimulates the production of ATP. ATP is the molecule that is responsible for intracellular energy transfer. The healthier your production of ATP the more you’ll have high levels of energy consistently.
  2. Ozone improves circulation, oxygen uptake in the body as well as nutrient absorption. This boost in oxygen is something that ALL of us need. Unless you live in pristine forest far away from mankind and are not exposed to environmental pollutants in any way that is!
  3. Ozone helps to eat away at arterial plaque. When the arteries form plaque this constricts blood flow to and from the heart which can lead to a weakened heart and even a heart attack. Healthier flow allows the heart to conserve it’s energy and run more efficiently which better circulates the entire body also!
  4. Ozone therapy strengthens the immune system by boosting white blood cell count. It also works to modulate the immune system. If the immune system is too active (such as autoimmunity) it brings it down, if the immune system is under-active it brings it up. Whatever direction the immune system needs to move the ozone therapy helps move it in that direction.
  5. Ozone increases the amount of available oxygen in your cells. We die in 8 minutes without oxygen. Why is that? Oxygen is responsible for the life and energy of every cell in our body. Ozone helps the red blood cells deliver oxygen to our cells throughout our body more easily and efficiently. Ozone also makes the red blood cells more flexible and fluid so that they can penetrate tissues and organs with blood and oxygen better. This means your cells are healthier overall.
  6. Ozone reduces inflammation effectively. With a boosted influx of blood circulation, oxygen and immune system modulation the body responds much healthier to inflammation to heal faster. I’ve watched videos and read that people actually get ozone injections for pain and inflammation in the body such as in the knees. The results were great. One patient who had no knee cartilage left got ozone injections in her knees and her cartilage grew back over time and she could walk without pain again. Truly remarkable.
  7. Ozone can kill harmful bacteria, viruses, fungus and even cancer and HIV. Many harmful parasitic organisms in the body such as those listed thrive in an anaerobic environment. An anaerobic environment is an environment void of oxygen. By delivering a boost of oxygen to the cells and entire body this can help to kill any unhealthy cell or organism that is growing in the body. If I had any of the above conditions I would get utilize ozone therapy for sure.
  8. Ozone Reduces acidity in the body and helps to detoxify it as well. Ozone helps to break down uric acid in the body which leads to over-acidity in the body. It also helps to detoxify the body by opening up the circulatory pathways. Oxygen in and of itself helps to purify the blood, body and cells in a complete way.
  9. People are using ozone therapy to treat autoimmune diseases, Lyme disease and even cancer. The immune modulating effects (to bring the immune system up or down, depending on which direction it needs to go in) is very valuable in helping facilitate the treatment of any disease as well as the prevention of it in the first place.
  10. Biohackers are using ozone therapy technology to increase oxygen efficiency and uptake, raise metabolic threshold, and detoxify more efficiently.

How Ozone Therapy Application Works:

Ozone therapy can be applied and utilized in a variety of applications such as…

  1. Ozone therapy injections (you must visit a specialist for this)
  2. Rectal Ozone Therapy (the oxygen gets right into your colon and begins cleaning your gut)
  3. Vaginal Ozone Therapy (this is another easy way to get ozone into the body without damaging the lungs)
  4. Ozone Water (Believe it or not you can make ozone water and drink it. has these available!)
  5. Ear Insufflation Ozone Therapy (With this the ozone goes in through your ears!)Each one of these ozone therapies above (with the exception of #1 ozone injections) is what you are able to do at home with your own ozone generator machine from here.

Toxic people defy logic. Some are blissfully unaware of the negative impact that they have on those around them, and others seem to derive satisfaction from creating chaos and pushing other people’s buttons. Either way, they create unnecessary complexity, strife, and, worst of all, stress.

Studies have long shown that stress can have a lasting, negative impact on the brain. Exposure to even a few days of stress compromises the effectiveness of neurons in the hippocampus—an important brain area responsible for reasoning and memory. Weeks of stress cause reversible damage to neuronal dendrites (the small “arms” that brain cells use to communicate with each other), and months of stress can permanently destroy neurons. Stress is a formidable threat to your success—when stress gets out of control, your brain and your performance suffer.

Most sources of stress at work are easy to identify. If your nonprofit is working to land a grant that your organization needs to function, you’re bound to feel stress and likely know how to manage it. It’s the unexpected sources of stress, those that take you by surprise, that harm you the most.

Recent research from the Department of Biological and Clinical Psychology at Friedrich Schiller University in Germany found that exposure to stimuli that cause strong negative emotions—the same kind of exposure you get when dealing with toxic people—caused subjects’ brains to have a massive stress response. Whether it’s their negativity, cruelty, the victim syndrome, or just plain craziness, toxic people drive your brain into a stressed-out state that should be avoided at all costs.

The ability to manage your emotions and remain calm under pressure has a direct link to your performance. TalentSmart has conducted research with more than a million people, and we’ve found that 90% of top performers are skilled at managing their emotions in times of stress in order to remain calm and in control. One of their greatest gifts is the ability to neutralize toxic people. Top performers have well-honed coping strategies that they employ to keep toxic people at bay.

To deal with toxic people effectively, you need an approach that enables you, across the board, to control what you can and eliminate what you can’t. The important thing to remember is that you are in control of far more than you realize.

While I’ve run across numerous effective strategies that successful people employ when dealing with toxic people, what follows are 12 of the best.

1. They Set Limits (Especially With Complainers)

Complainers and negative people are bad news because they wallow in their problems and fail to focus on solutions. They want people to join their pity party so that they can feel better about themselves. People often feel pressure to listen to complainers because they don’t want to be seen as callous or rude, but there’s a fine line between lending a sympathetic ear and getting sucked into a negative emotional spiral.

You can avoid this only by setting limits and distancing yourself when necessary. Think of it this way: If the complainer were smoking, would you sit there all afternoon inhaling the second-hand smoke? You’d distance yourself, and you should do the same with complainers. A great way to set limits is to ask complainers how they intend to fix the problem. They will either quiet down or redirect the conversation in a productive direction.

2. They Don’t Die in the Fight

Successful people know how important it is to live to fight another day, especially when your foe is a toxic individual. In conflict, unchecked emotion makes you dig your heels in and fight the kind of battle that can leave you severely damaged. When you read and respond to your emotions, you’re able to choose your battles wisely and stand your ground only when the time is right.

3. They Rise Above

Toxic people drive you crazy because their behavior is so irrational. Make no mistake about it—their behavior truly goes against reason. So why do you allow yourself to respond to them emotionally and get sucked into the mix?

The more irrational and off-base someone is, the easier it should be for you to remove yourself from his or her traps. Quit trying to beat toxic people at their own game. Distance yourself from them emotionally and interact with them as if they were a science project (or you were their shrink, if you prefer the analogy). You don’t need to respond to the emotional chaos, but only to the facts.

4. They Stay Aware of Their Emotions

Maintaining an emotional distance requires awareness. You can’t stop someone from pushing your buttons if you don’t recognize when it’s happening. Sometimes you’ll find yourself in situations where you’ll need to regroup and choose the best way forward. This is fine and you shouldn’t be afraid to buy yourself some time to do so.

Think of it this way: If a mentally unstable person approaches you on the street and tells you he’s John F. Kennedy, you’re unlikely to set him straight. When you find yourself with a co-worker who is engaged in similarly derailed thinking, sometimes it’s best to just smile and nod. If you’re going to have to straighten him out, it’s better to give yourself some time to plan the best way to go about it.

5. They Establish Boundaries

This is the area where most people tend to sell themselves short. They feel like because they work or live with someone, they have no way to control the chaos. This couldn’t be further from the truth. Once you’ve found your way to rise above a person, you’ll begin to find his or her behavior more predictable and easier to understand. This will equip you to think rationally about when and where you have to put up with toxic people and when you don’t. For example, even if you work with someone closely on a project team, that doesn’t mean that you need to have the same level of one-on-one interaction with this person that you have with other team members.

You can establish a boundary, but you’ll have to do so consciously and proactively. If you let things happen naturally, you are bound to find yourself constantly embroiled in difficult conversations. If you set boundaries and decide when and where you’ll engage a difficult person, you can control much of the chaos. The only trick is to stick to your guns and keep boundaries in place when the person tries to encroach upon them, which will inevitably happen.

6. They Won’t Let Anyone Limit Their Joy

When your sense of pleasure and satisfaction are derived from the opinions of other people, you are no longer the master of your own happiness. When emotionally intelligent people feel good about something that they’ve done, they won’t let anyone’s opinions or snide remarks take that away from them.

While it’s impossible to turn off your reactions to what others think of you, you don’t have to compare yourself to others, and you can always take people’s opinions with a grain of salt. That way, no matter what toxic people are thinking or doing, your self-worth comes from within. Regardless of what people think of you at any particular moment, one thing is certain—you’re never as good or as bad as they say you are.

7. They Don’t Focus on Problems—Only Solutions

Where you focus your attention determines your emotional state. When you fixate on the problems you’re facing, you create and prolong negative emotions and stress. When you focus on actions to better yourself and your circumstances, you create a sense of personal efficacy that produces positive emotions and reduces stress.

When it comes to toxic people, fixating on how crazy and difficult they are gives them power over you. Quit thinking about how troubling your difficult person is, and focus instead on how you’re going to go about handling him. This makes you more effective by putting you in control, and it will reduce the amount of stress you experience when interacting with him.

8. They Don’t Forget

Emotionally intelligent people are quick to forgive, but that doesn’t mean they forget. Forgiveness requires letting go of what’s happened so that you can move on. It doesn’t mean you’ll give a wrongdoer another chance. Successful people are unwilling to be bogged down unnecessarily by others’ mistakes, so they let them go quickly and are assertive in protecting themselves from future harm.

9. They Squash Negative Self-talk

Sometimes you absorb the negativity of other people. There’s nothing wrong with feeling bad about how someone is treating you, but your self-talk (the thoughts you have about your feelings) can either intensify the negativity or help you move past it. Negative self-talk is unrealistic, unnecessary, and self-defeating. It sends you into a downward emotional spiral that is difficult to pull out of. You should avoid negative self-talk at all costs.

10. They Limit Their Caffeine Intake

Drinking caffeine triggers the release of adrenaline. Adrenaline is the source of the fight-or-flight response, a survival mechanism that forces you to stand up and fight or run for the hills when faced with a threat. The fight-or-flight mechanism sidesteps rational thinking in favor of a faster response. This is great when a bear is chasing you, but not so great when you’re surprised in the hallway by an angry co-worker.

11. They Get Some Sleep

I’ve beaten this one to death over the years and can’t say enough about the importance of sleep to increasing your emotional intelligence and managing your stress levels. When you sleep, your brain literally recharges, shuffling through the day’s memories and storing or discarding them (which causes dreams), so that you wake up alert and clear-headed. Your self-control, attention, and memory are all reduced when you don’t get enough—or the right kind—of sleep. Sleep deprivation raises stress hormone levels on its own, even without a stressor present.

A good night’s sleep makes you more positive, creative, and proactive in your approach to toxic people, giving you the perspective you need to deal effectively with them.

12. They Use Their Support System

It’s tempting, yet entirely ineffective, to attempt tackling everything by yourself. To deal with toxic people, you need to recognize the weaknesses in your approach to them. This means tapping into your support system to gain perspective on a challenging person. We all have someone at work and/or outside work who is on our team, rooting for us, and ready to help us make the best of a difficult situation. Identify these individuals in your life and make an effort to seek their insight and assistance when you need it. Something as simple as explaining the situation can lead to a new perspective. Most of the time, other people can see a solution that you can’t, because they are not as emotionally invested in the situation.

Bringing it All Together

Before you get this system to work brilliantly, you’re going to have to pass some tests. Most of the time, you will find yourself tested by touchy interactions with problem people. Thankfully, the plasticity of the brain allows it to mold and change as you practice new behaviors, even when you fail. Implementing these healthy, stress-relieving techniques for dealing with difficult people will train your brain to handle stress more effectively and decrease the likelihood of ill effects.

It’s autumn, and there are only a few weeks of lawn care left. Maybe you want to think about a different use for your yard (if you have one) next year?

Each year summer appears for several months. The weekends rolls around. What time is it? Lawn mowing time.

Out comes the lawnmower. Check the oil. Check the gas. If you need more oil or gas, buy some. Does the lawnmower need maintenance? Forgot about some damage to it from last year?

Make sure it’s not to early to wake up the neighbors. Then off you go to a noisy few minutes depending on the size of the lawn. It can be tiring if it’s large.

All the time and energy gone into repeatedly cutting down something and getting nothing out of it. Plus the energy of fuel that cost money. Also, many people use chemicals on their lawns. That’s another cost.

There is the health and environmental cost of all these chemicals and pollutants. Liquid fertilizers easily go back into the local water supply, as do other chemicals that affect us and other life.

But… what if we lived a different way?

What if we grew food, instead of putting in our time and energy into repeatedly cutting down decorative, ornamental aesthetic grass?

  1. money saved from lawn maintenance
  2. time saved from lawn maintenance
  3. noise reduction
  4. time available for the food growing
  5. money saved from having your own home-grown food to eat
  6. food you know is clean from chemicals
  7. opportunity to share food, seeds, information and connect with your community

Like it says. Pretty simple. Mow the grass one more time. Then till the ground for the plants that come next. There is small maintenance here and there, before and after the growing season. But after some time, you get free food as it ripens, right in your yard!

grow food not lawns

Even beyond urban and country areas with lawns, this can be expanded to city living.

biophillic singapore

In the city, we can still do some things now. Of course we don’t usually have lawns to deal with, but we can still grow plants on balconies. Grow tomatoes or other small fruits/veggies. It will save you from buying them. It might cost something at first, but if you do it every year, it doesn’t cost much to maintain and each year you get to reap the fruits that some small labor bears.

There are some urban permaculture projects in some cities and various communities. There are event small city farms that are being developed on normal flat land, along with indoor and rooftop businesses.

Philips HTC City Farm Eindhoven

There are great potentials from bringing our food production into the city closer to our homes. For one thing, it already reduces costs in transportation (money, pollution), and makes cities more sustainable in case of economic hardships.

This is a New Way of life I want to be living in. This is what I see as part of the future.

Food and Seed Swap

If you have not heard of seed swaps, but have heard of food swaps, it’s the same thing but with seeds. Get together at some time, meetup, and exchange some seeds so every one can grow a variety of food.

Alternatively, in a community, people can decide to grow mostly one thing, and then everyone exchanges based on the staple they are known for producing. This is swapping your harvests and getting an even spread through a more individual monoculture growing operation as a cooperative community.

Fined for Freedom

If your neighbors don’t appreciate what you are doing, they can lobby the municipal council and get “laws” enacted to prevent your self-sufficiency and restrict your freedom. Either in urban areas with lawns, or even in apartments or condos with balconies. Be careful with other people. Doing this, even as a garden, is a good way to share food and information and get others accepting what you are doing or plan to do.

Grow free food that feeds you pesticide-free, instead of lawns that do nothing but appeal to the facade and mask of cleanliness and “beauty” in society. Food plants are beautiful. Grow food for yourself, compost, expand into the community, take over the world and have abundance everywhere!

Imagine that future… walking around our neighborhoods and seeing fruits trees, with other shrubs below and vegetables growing alongside. We can just grab an apple as a snack as we walk by, pluck some blueberries and strawberries… Food issues will be a thing of the past.

We can minimize one aspect of our expenditures: the focus of a large part of our economic survivability towards food. This would help so many people throughout life.

We can make things more like this, if we choose to. Those who have individual power of their own lands can. Everyone can get municipalities to grow food instead of grass, flowers and other trees. Or we can simply do it, since we are the society. We are the community. We decide how our lives are to be led.

“Be the change that you wish to see in the world.”

~Mahatma Gandhi

When it comes to maintaining our relationships, whether they’re material, emotional, or spiritual, the basic beliefs we’ve been taught are actually backwards. We’ve been misled by the ego-driven world. In nearly every aspect of our lives we’ve adopted the mistaken belief that we just need to work harder, make more of an effort, and do the right things to succeed. Only then shall we be worthy of love, rewarded for our efforts, and praised for our deeds. We have fallen into the trap of ‘conditional love.’ We believe that our Being depends upon our Doing. In truth, our Doing depends upon our Being!

This is a tricky concept to illustrate. Explanations often sound perplexing and heady, something a hippie from the 1960’s might ramble about in a drug haze. Other authors have attempted to describe the spiritual aspects of our Being and Doing, yet I feel none have captured the heart of the concept as brilliantly as Nathan Martin and Aline Van Meer of Divine Pollination in their article “The Flow of Unity Consciousness: Being Supports our Doing.”

“Being present is the gift, no action can equal the gift of being present with another person. We’ve gotten it backwards in our society, and it’s time that we change that; actions result from being, actions do not secure being. I’ll be here now with you, and you can be here now with me, and that is how we’ll be together.”

~Nathan & Aline

For some readers, this may all seem rather intuitive and self-evident. There may even be a gender gap involved. Women may have an easier time grasping this concept than men. Generally, women tend to be more in touch with their emotional Being, while men are driven to prove themselves by Doing. There may also be a generational divide. Today, the younger generations are being raised by a different set of values that often places Being over Doing… every child gets a gold star, every player gets a trophy.

In contrast, older generations placed more value on Doing over Being. These generations often view the young generations as having an unnatural sense of entitlement, but perhaps this sense of entitlement is a disorder that should expand to all people across the globe: the basic expectation of healthy food, clean water, free healthcare, free energy, affordable housing, the expectation of an education without becoming a debt slave, and the expectation of a job that enriches both the soul and the planet … for world peace. Older generations might label such incredible expectations as pure Socialism. Of course, this is what we were conditioned to believe. The fact that the Soviet flag bore the hammer and sickle demonstrates that Communism was never about Being supporting Doing.

However, this revolutionary shift is already taking place in our society, today!  We are quietly shifting from masculine dominance to a more feminine influence, from an older mindset to younger viewpoint. Is it any wonder that the elite establishment is mostly made up of wealthy old men? To keep their power and influence they must maintain this backwards energetic system – of Doing subverting Being – the Master-Slave Relationship. But as we shall see, this is the reverse flow the Divine Relationship, of Being supporting Doing.

Note: in the post “The State of Being Sheeple,” I demonstrated that the elite have worked for decades to retard Americans into psychologically subservient children, yet it would seem that they may have ultimately worked against their own interests, creating a subversive generation that now values Being over Doing (if only they would wake up and exert their power.)

Being vs. Doing in Material Relationships

“Humanity uses actions to make money, which we then use to buy things that will “be” with us, like a house, a car, or even a partner. Money, sex, romance, etc., are a bridge, conduit, and pipe between two beings, but we understand them as the token of our securing safety and approval, rather than the connector that links us together; we’re obsessed with the symbol of connection rather than the being that we can connect to. We say that we will only be present with another if they earn our trust and love with romance, money, sex, freedom, safety, or any other intimate connector that we perceive as valuable, and reject them should they stop showing us our perceived value with such payoffs. We see ourselves as a valuable, or cheap, depending on how we were raised, object that can be purchased by the highest bidder, and not as the infinite (priceless) being that we actually are.”

~Nathan & Aline

When we are busy Doing and not Being, we tend to lose ourselves, becoming busy little robots running around, performing our programming for some faceless authority without question.  The parasitic institutions of our corporate world operate by this principle, where Doing supports and defines our Being. We define ourselves by a job, a title, our influence, our wealth, and our possessions, and thus we support the self-esteem of our Being by blindly Doing and buying, creating a cycle of materialism.

Television reinforces these messages, telling us what products to buy and what clothes to wear to become happy, satisfied Beings – but only temporarily, like a drug. And that is the trap of Doing supports Being. This flow of energy from Doing to Being is just a drug, a temporal illusion we create for ourselves, and makes up the core of deceptive programming within the Material World Matrix. This is how we are kept asleep and enslaved.

However, when we reverse this negative pattern, when we operate from our Being, making decisions based upon the inner knowledge that we are valuable immortal Beings of unknown potential and unlimited energy, then what we choose to Do is completely transformed. We are no longer enslaved or afraid. We no longer require external permission or approval. The joy we experience is truly ours, it comes from within. It’s not the temporary high we experience from Doing. It’s the permanent joy we experience from Being.  Doing is temporal.  Being is eternal.

“A person who is in a unity flow within themselves is completely sovereign, they are unable to be placed into or dominated by any hierarchical system, and have no authority but that which is found within their own beings; they have everything they need within them and do not need to manipulate or leach energy from another.”

~Nathan & Aline

Being vs. Doing in Emotional Relationships

“Relationships are also backwards, where it is the expectation that one or both partners work and do their fair share around the home and in the relationship, to show that they are committed and love each other; this commitment is then able to secure the opportunity to be in a relationship with the other person. However, this system of compromise and hard work is exhausting to all involved, as the resistance and backwards flow makes doing loving actions a never-ending cycle of proving self-value worthiness that secures the other’s continued presence (being) in the relationship.”

~Nathan & Aline

‘Relationships require plenty of hard work,’ or so we’ve been told. Relationships based upon Doing are doomed from the start to constant maintenance to keep them intact. Some folks are afraid of commitment because they believe demanding emotional work is required in every relationship. And yet the best relationships are often the ones that require no work at all, the ones where you are simply allowed to Be who you are and allow your partner to Be whom they are.  Such relationships require a certain amount of Unconditional Love.

Yet we are usually setting some preconditions, either consciously or subconsciously. Having expectations can become the enemy of Unconditional Love, especially if we aren’t aware of what those expectations are deep down inside.  Unmet expectations can lead to bitterness and disappointment. “I love you if,” or “I love you when,” or “I love you because,” are conditional relationships that require some expected action or behavior. Their foundation is based upon Doing and receiving, rather than Being. Unconditional Love is where Being supports Doing.  Conditional Love is where Doing supports Being.

Two conscious Beings in a relationship, who love each other unconditionally, already have the best intentions for each other.  Each respects and allows their partner the freedom to Be who they are and Become who they wish to Be, supporting them without expectation of reward or a desired transformation. And yes, sometimes such freedom risks the end of the relationship, particularly if the attachment is lopsided. Yet in a world where Unconditional Love is the exception and not the rule, when two people are on the same journey, they typically choose to walk it together.

“It is the “doing’s” job to receive the gift of the “being”, but most people reverse the pattern in order to do positive, actionable things for others as gifts, often to prove themselves worthy of love and respect; but this provides diminishing returns, and causes many unsatisfying relationships and experiences.”

~Nathan & Aline

Being vs. Doing in Spiritual Relationships

“The main consequence of resistance in the emotional, spiritual, and physical body is that an increased amount of life force energy must be exerted to keep the flow of energy going in our day-to-day lives; this reversed flow is tremendously inefficient and draining of our divine and material energy reserves. This energy loss also results in our inability to manifest our intentions as conscious creators, unless a person resorts to manipulation or parasitic tendencies to regain enough energy from others to satisfy their desires; this is the essence of lust and greed.

However, in a unity relationship, also known as the Divine Marriage, the being gives to the doing 100% of the time without fail, which means that there isn’t any resistance or energy loss within or without, as they’re not working for what is already theirs, they’re being with and receiving what is already theirs. ”

~Nathan & Aline

The misperception that our relationships require and demand work, via energy drain, is perhaps the most fundamental error we have made as a civilization. And nowhere can this fact be more obviously demonstrated than in the energy paradigms that fuel our industrial society. Currently we still depend upon an enormously inefficient system of burning fossil fuels to create our energy.

Approximately two-thirds of the fuel burned to generate electricity is lost in the generation and delivery process. Or, to put it another way, our electric power system operates at approximately 33 percent efficiency. There has been no improvement in efficiency in the electric power industry since the 1960s.  Source

These fuel systems require a great deal of Doing (inefficient and polluting chemical reactions) to support our Being (having electricity).  But what if we could transition to an energy paradigm where Being (abundant energy) supports Doing (creating a better world)?  Just a few years ago this would have sounded like fantasy to most people.  However, these technologies are being researched and produced right now. Free Energy or Zero Point Energy is a literal manifestation of this new way of thinking, living in a paradigm of universal shared abundance.

Furthermore, this paradigm shift is by in large a spiritual transformation.  Our entire approach to the Universe around us must shift from Doing (struggling and fighting against the universe) to Being (embracing the Universe with Unconditional Love).

We can start by better understanding our relationship to the Divine.

This is an area where I have struggled myself.  For many years, I could never quite understand why my relationship with the Divine (God/Source/my guides/my higher self) seemed so unequal, why I was expected to do all the hard work, why those on the other side of the veil refused to lift a finger to help me out, only providing me with the occasional word or synchronicity of loving support. It seemed so unfair and hypocritical to me.

But then I completely misunderstood the relationship and the flow of energy between the Divine world and the Human world.  I realized I shouldn’t feel bad about the mistake, because our religions got it wrong too.  We’ve  approached the Divine completely backwards, by putting Doing first and Being last.

Western religions taught us to put Doing first, that we must repent, or do good deeds, or suffer, or pray, or study, or worship, or attend church.  Eastern religions were closer to the truth of Being present with Spirit in silent meditation.

We need to understand that Spirit exists in an eternal state of Being.  As incarnated Humans, we live in a temporal state of Doing called life.  The correct flow of any relationship is always Being supports Doing.  Therefore, the correct flow of energy is from Spirit to Creation, not the other way around.  Spirit (Being) is supporting Creation (Doing) all the time in ways that we can not always perceive.  We exist because of Spirit.  We are nourished by Spirit, and we are loved by Spirit, unconditionally.  Our part in this relationship is to allow Spirit (Being) to nurture us, to accept the abundance that Spirit wishes to offer us, and to embrace the support that Spirit provides us, to recreate our world (Doing).  In return, all we need to do is simply believe.

Once we correct the flow of energy, Being supports Doing, we open the flood gates that allow Spirit (Being) to support us in our manifestations (Doing).  We remove the blockages from our thought processes that allows abundance to enter our lives, and by extension the world.  Of course, the definition of abundance is transformed when Being supports Doing.  We get exactly what we require, not what we desire, because our desire is a form of Doing.

Being supports Doing = positive flow of energy

Doing supports Being = negative flow of energy

In Conclusion

The old paradigm has created a world of scarcity, struggle, ignorance, and fear. The elite maintain power by this negative flow of energy, by obsessively putting Doing before Being – their soulless pursuit of wealth, power and control over others create a Master-Slave dynamic.

However, when we put Being in front of Doing, we transform our lives and in the process we begin to transform the world around us.  It is the opposite of our current paradigm, our fearful frantic plugged-in lives on auto-pilot. We are distracted by Doing, fruitlessly searching for the joy of our Being. In many respects, we are plugged into entertainment and social media because we long to connect with the wellspring of our Being.  But only by unplugging from the Matrix around us can we to truly connect with our inner self.  And when we do, we suddenly find that our lives become much easier to live.

No matter how hectic or stressful our days are, whether we’re sitting at our desks or waiting in line, we have the opportunity to pause and adjust our perspective.

We have the opportunity to be kinder — both to ourselves and others. We have the opportunity to relax and slow down. And we have the opportunity to refocus. Even if it’s for a minute or two.

In her book Self-Meditation: 3,299 Mantras, Tips, Quotes and Koans for Peace and Serenity, bestselling author Barbara Ann Kipfer offers a wealth of inspiration for practicing kindness and breathing in the beauty of daily moments and the miracles that are our lives.

Here are 20 of my favorite suggestions for meditations from her book.

  1. Let small chores act as a stop sign to “breathe, relax and experience peace.”
  2. Sit down and “become a human still life.” Don’t do anything. Just breathe.
  3. When you’re driving, focus solely on that experience. “Feel the steering wheel, the pedals, the seat.”
  4. “Listen for the quietest sound.”
  5. Focus on your sense of smell. Take something you’d like to smell, such as a flower or food, and put it up close to your nose. Notice the changes in the aroma. Focus on the sensations in your body as you inhale and exhale. Then try to focus on other fragrances around you throughout the day.
  6. Focus on your sense of touch. Focus on the sensation of your hands touching each other, “your clothes brushing against your skin, and the air moving across your face.”
  7. In the beginning of the week, pick an activity you normally do on autopilot, such as washing your hands, applying makeup or getting into your car. Pause for several seconds before starting the activity. Then perform it with your full attention.
  8. “Imagine that you are a kite soaring in the sky. Surrender to the wind, but be aware of the string that anchors you to the ground and keeps you safe.”
  9. When you’re performing a chore, focus your full attention on your hands. “Note all the sensations in your fingers, your palms, and your wrists.”
  10. Send yourself some loving-kindness (or “metta”). Focus your attention on an aspect of your mind or body that you feel separated from. Acknowledge this. You might say something like: “May I accept this. May I be filled with loving-kindness toward this. May I use the pain of this experience for the welfare of all.”
  11. As you’re trying to fall asleep, “imagine that with each breath you are melting into an ocean of light and space.”
  12. When you turn on the faucet, focus on the bigger picture. “See the water flowing down from the glaciers and mountains, running deep into the earth, sustaining you and all life.”
  13. When you wake up, feel your feet touch the floor. “Be aware of their weight, the floor supporting your body, and the motion of your feet and legs as you begin to walk.”
  14. When you get home from work, every day, stand in front of your door and appreciate the moment. Rejoice in it. “Breathe in and out three times.”
  15. Set an alarm to ring every hour to remind yourself to “wake up and appreciate the miracle of every moment. Say, ‘[Your name], wake up!”
  16. Picture your thoughts as balloons floating by.
  17. Visualize a mountain lake with a smooth, glassy surface. A breeze sends ripples across the water. As the breeze quiets down, so do the ripples, and the water returns to being smooth. When something ruffles you, return to this visualization. “Feel the ripples and then let them settle.”
  18. Think of your mind as a swinging door. “Thoughts and feelings come in and out, like people. Be the door, not the doorman.”
  19. Picture a person or pet you love greatly. Imagine they’re “giving you a look that melts your heart.” Think about the things you love most about them. With each breath you take, let your heart fill with love. “Imagine your two souls connected by the caring you have for each other.”
  20. “See yourself as a small child, fragile and vulnerable, and breathe in. Smile with love to this small child within yourself, and breathe out.”

What looks like a new health craze with the non-psychoactive part of the cannabis plant in the past few years is actually one of the most beneficial health supplements to become available to the masses in recent history. We’re talking about CBD oil, or cannabidiol oil, which is an extract from the hemp plant containing a cannabinoid that research has found to have an wide array of health benefits. In fact, it has been proven to be so effective with certain health issues that some have been touting it as a miracle in oil form. This oil can be safely consumed by both children and adults as part of a daily diet.

We scoured the internet, looking at the scientific research done on CBD, and put together a very comprehensive and detailed list of the amazing benefits of using CBD oil as a daily supplement. We even went ahead and looked for the best producer of CBD oil on the market currently to order some and see if we would have noticeable benefits from it while using it on a daily basis. The results were conclusive: CBD oil is something we definitely recommend everyone take as part of a preventative health regimen, or as part of a treatment for certain ailments.

What Exactly is CBD Oil?

cbd oil

There are over 500 compounds in the cannabis plant, around 100 are cannabinoids and  over 125 are terpenes (fragrant oils that give cannabis its aromatic diversity). Many of these chemicals have been discovered to have some sort of therapeutic value. One of those 100+ cannabinoids is cannabidiol. Interestingly, our bodies have cannabinoid receptors all over. Until recently, the only cannabinoid most people had heard about was tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the psychoactive compound found in the flowers of the cannabis plant. Although THC can be found in very high concentrations in this very well-known plant, so is CBD, which is non-psychoactive (it doesn’t get you high). In the plant, CBD is a precursor and CBN a metabolite of THC. As cannabis gets older, THC gradually breaks down to CBN.

33 Reasons Why CBD Oil is Amazing

There’s continually more research being done on cannabinoids so the list of benefits may grow even more but for now, here are 33 ailments, diseases, or health issues that CBD oil has been proven to effectively help with.

CBD is a Cancer Killer

This is one of the most incredible benefits possible, given how many people die from cancer these days. Any claim for something to have the power to kill cancer cells is a bold one; yet there is quite a bit of evidence from research done in recent years that has found that CBD oil does, in fact, kill cancer cells. In this study, CBD was found to have the ability to inhibit the proliferation, adhesion, migration, invasion, and angiogenesis of tumor cells. According to this study, CBD (as well as THC) extracts inhibit cancer cell growth and induce apoptosis (death) in cancer cells. This study, along with this one, demonstrated that human leukemia cells exposed to cannabidiol led to tumor killing by induction of apoptosis. Next, we have this study which found that CBD BDS and CBD inhibit colon cancer cell proliferation, but not in healthy cells. Both this study, as well as this one, found that cannabinoids possess anti-tumor properties. CBD was able to produce significant anti-tumor activity both in vitro and in vivo, suggesting a possible application of CBD as an anti-neoplastic (prevents, inhibits, or halts tumors) agent. We also have this study, along with this one, showing that cannabidiol induces programmed cell death in breast cancer cells by coordinating the cross-talk between apoptosis and autophagy. Finally, this study found cervical cancer is no match for the powers of CBD and promptly goes on to destroy the cancerous cells.

To put all this into a list, the amazing anti-tumor properties have been found to obliterate cancer cells in the following nine conditions:

  • Breast Cancer
  • Brain Cancer
  • Cervical Cancer
  • Colon Cancer
  • Glioma
  • Leukemia (Blood Cancer)
  • Lung Cancer
  • Lymphoma
  • Prostate Cancer

Interestingly, the FDA in late 2017 issued warning letters to some companies selling cannabinoid products online that claim to prevent, diagnose, treat, or cure cancer, saying that there is no evidence to support these outcomes. They either missed all the studies that have been done, some of which we have referenced above, that found evidence contradicting their statement, or they are intentionally putting forward such a statement for some other reason, perhaps at the behest of the pharmaceutical industry. Given that the FDA has decided to give its unique opinion concerning CBD’s ability to disintegrate cancer cells, we will put out the standard PSA that the statements in this article have not been evaluated by the FDA. We are simply providing information based on the medical studies that have been done using the scientific method, learning that cannabinoids have the potential to significantly hurt the bottom line of multinational pharmaceutical corporations.

CBD Reduces Inflammation and Pain

If you’re looking for a natural and effective painkiller, this is it. Perhaps the most commonly known benefit of CBD (and the reason it’s used most often for) is reducing inflammation and pain. This study found CBD significantly suppresses chronic inflammatory and neuropathic pain without causing apparent analgesic tolerance. Another related study looked at people with multiple sclerosis and discovered that giving them CBD effectively took away their neuropathic pain. Since this awful pain is experienced by over half of those with MS, being able to take a safe and affordable supplement without negative side effects is almost miraculous. By activating the endocannabinoid system, CBD acts as a neuromodulator for a number of physiological processes. As a bonus, this study has suggested that through its analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties, CBD oil can also reduce the pain in arthritis, as well as fibromyalgia, as this study has uncovered. Unlike opiate painkillers, which only mask pain and which the body builds up a tolerance to, CBD doesn’t lose its effectiveness over time. Since CBD is anti-inflammatory, it helps is a number of ailments, including things like inflammatory bowel disease, as this study, as well as this, this, this, this, this, and this study found.

CBD Reduces Several MS-Related Issues

While on the topic of multiple sclerosis, it’s worth talking about the other issues facing people with this ailment that cannabidiol can help with besides reducing pain. This study, together with this study, found that a combination of CBD and THC has been found to be effective in the treatment of muscle tightness, sleep disturbances, and loss of bladder control. Mice with MS with 10 days of CBD oil treatment had superior motor skills and showed improvements in their condition. Replicating this treatment on humans has mirrored similar results.

CBD Protects Your Brain Cells & Even Helps Create New Ones

As with claims of CBD being a cancer killer, the claim of it being able to promote the formation of new brain cells seems like an extraordinary one. Yet, the evidence has been found for this to be possible. In fact, if you do a quick search online for neurogenesis, you’ll find that scientists are discovering that our brain is not actually sealed with a fate of brain cells calling it quits without new ones being born. When it comes to new brain cell formation, CBD was observed to stimulate hippocampal neurogenesis and reduce neuroinflammation in this study. If you look at this study, along with this one, you’ll see CBD reduced short-term brain damage and was associated with extracerebral benefits. This is why CBD oil is so effective in treating mood disorders like depression, anxiety, and stress since these conditions are all related to a lack of adult neurogenesis. This would also be a good time to let you know that this study found that CBD acts as a more powerful neuroprotective antioxidant vitamin C or vitamin E.

CBD Can Reverse Cognitive Decline from Alzheimer’s Disease

Tying into cannabinoids being able to protect from neurodegenerative diseases, this study found that cannabidiol has been shown to reverse cognitive deficits of mice with Alzheimer’s Disease and exert neuroprotective, anti-oxidative, and anti-inflammatory properties in vitro and in vivo. This study provided evidence that CBD is able to have potential as a preventative treatment for Alzheimer’s Disease with a particular relevance for symptoms of social withdrawal and facial recognition.

CBD Can Reduce Psychosis

CBD has been found in this study, as well as this one, to be a helpful treatment for psychosis. It appears to have a pharmacological profile similar to that of atypical antipsychotic drugs. Additionally, CBD prevents human experimental psychosis and is effective in open case reports and clinical trials in people with schizophrenia with a very safe track record. There has been a number of studies looking into this interesting use for CBD, as this study, this one and this one show, in regards to alleviating the negative side effects of schizophrenia. While current antipsychotic medications can produce major side effects, CBD has been shown to be safe and well tolerated in humans.

CBD Can Reduce Anxiety and Post-Traumatic Stress

Since people who have post-traumatic stress usually get anxiety, taking a CBD supplement daily will quell that anxiety. This study found that repeated CBD administration prevents long-lasting anxiety effects. As for those with pathological anxiety, this study found that CBD reduces anxiety in what’s called Social Anxiety Disorder and that this is related to its effects on activity in limbic and paralimbic brain areas. Have trouble with speaking in front of crowds? CBD can help with that. This study and this one found CBD decreased anxiety after a test was given to measure social anxiety. CBD can also take away the anxiety someone feels from its cousin, THC. Also, if you’re one of the 3% of people that exhibit OCD-like behaviors, cannabidiol can help with that as well.

CBD Prevents Diabetes

Around half the popular of America either has diabetes or exhibits pre-diabetes symptoms. With diabetes comes a very high risk of getting heart disease, kidney failure, nerve damage, and many other disorders. While it isn’t certainly clear yet whether CBD is able to get rid of diabetes, it has been found to prevent the onset of diabetes. Also, it was found cannabidiol can inhibit and delay the destruction of insulin-producing pancreatic cells and the production of inflammatory cytokines in diabetics. Promisingly, this study found a remarkable reduction of diabetes development was observed in CBD-treated mice, compared with vehicle-treated mice and untreated controls.

CBD Gets Rid of Seizures

This is perhaps the main motivator of laws around the world changing in favor of medicinal cannabis. There have been reports of children who have suffered through hundreds of seizures a day completing eliminating their debilitating seizures. This study found nearly universal improvement in epileptics after taking CBD daily.

CBD Can Keep Your Heart Healthy

Move over cancer, there’s a new leading cause of death in America: heart disease. We’ve already shown how effective cannabinoids are with killing cancer cells, and now we’ll point to all the studies that have demonstrated how they are able to protect against heart disease. This study found CBD reduces the cardiovascular response to various types of stress. Another study found cannabinoids significantly decreased the infarct (small localized area of dead tissue resulting from failure of blood supply) volume. There was also a study where the results suggest that CBD has anxiolytic-like properties which help alleviate stressing the heart. This other study had similar findings as well.

CBD Can Relieve Depression

This study, along with this one, found that CBD acts as an antidepressant. The results support the effect of phytocannabinoids on mood disorders. Yet another study found that antidepressant effects of CBD were fast, continuous over time, and comparable to pharmaceutical drugs on the market, except safer, more affordable, and without negative side effects. Since cannabinoids like CBD act through the endocannabinoid system, they can influence the release of neurotransmitters in the brain which regulate mood.

Other Interesting Benefits

Some other benefits from taking CBD daily as a dietary supplement can come as a surprise to you, but they have been proven to happen. Others seem pretty obvious, but now we have the scientific backing for them.

Kicks Nicotine Addiction

A double-blind placebo-controlled study found almost 40% in reduction of cigarette smoking from people that were using an inhaler to intake CBD oil on a daily basis whenever they would feel nicotine cravings.

Acts as an Antiseptic

CBD has been found to have anticeptic properties. In fact, all the major cannabinoids are able to kill bacteria. To this day, we aren’t sure yet just how cannabinoids are able to act so effectively as bacteria killers. Amazingly, it even kills off antibiotic-resistant MRSA, as stated here.

Gets Rid of Acne

People having acne problems can rejoice by knowing that a study has found that CBD acts as a highly effective sebostatic and anti-inflammatory agent by inhibiting lipid synthesis, meaning it will reduce or eliminate acne. It can work either by ingesting it or using it topically on the skin. On a related note, CBD oil has also been found to help out with psoriasis.

Prevents the Formation and Accumulation of Terrifying Prions

A prion is an infectious agent causing those diseases consisting only of protein, with no nucleic acid genome. (All previously known pathogens, such as bacteria and viruses, contain nucleic acids, which enable them to reproduce.) Think things like Mad Cow disease. Prions cannot be destroyed by boiling, alcohol, acid, standard autoclaving methods, or radiation. In fact, infected brains that have been sitting in formaldehyde for decades can still transmit spongiform disease. Enter CBD. Cannabidiol has been shown to halt prions in this study and may represent a promising new anti-prion drug. Since the incubation time for prion diseases is anywhere from 5-20 years or more, it’s best to start taking CBD right away, particularly if you eat beef.

CBD Makes Broken Bones Heal Faster

This study found that broken limbs healed much faster when treated with CBD. People with osteoporosis, where bones become brittle, fragile and therefore susceptible to fractures, are also able to benefit from taking cannabidiol, since CBD stimulates greater activity from osteoblasts (bone forming cells) and supports the process by which collagen repairs fractures.

CBD Gets Rid of Nausea

This is a pretty well-known benefit of cannabinoids. This study, for example, found that CBD relieved nausea and vomiting.

Where to Buy High Quality CBD Oil (Beware of Inferior & Mislabeled Products!)

We did a lot of research when we looked where to buy high quality organic CBD oil from. Amidst the sea of vendors out there, many of which mislabel how much CBD oil is in their products, we finally found a highly reputable vendor called Bluebird Botanicals. They seem to really be about helping people. It shows in their prices and their low income and veteran discount programs they do. We have ordered from this supplier several times already and can attest to its potency and efficacy in treatment and general health & well-being. We recommend starting out with a 1 oz dropper bottle of CBD oil to experiment with. Notice any effects and see how you respond to the oil. You can always adjust how much you take daily. If you are just looking to reduce some stress, taking a little more than half a dropper-full (about 15 drops) should do the job. If, however, you’re looking to stop epileptic seizures, you will have to get a more concentrated extract. Listen to your body, because it knows what is best.
