Ascentient is the Michigan based Visionary Live EDM project of Cord Blaze and Gil Lopez. Incorporating Live synth drum and Live synth guitar performed over original psychedelic edm tracks, Ascentient is bringing a much appreciated genre-bending style to a scene hungry for innovation and live instrumentation. Ascentient’s 2015 summer tour was incredibly well received with over 12 festival stops including Hoopla In the Hills(Papadosio and Nahko) ,3 Days of Light Gathering (Earthcry and Stratosphere) , Backwoods Music and Arts Festival (Papadosio, Porter Robinson) , Family Roots Gathering (Nahko , Ozric Tentacles) and many more. Ascentient is also being featured in the Nov issue of Relix Magazine and in the free sampler cd with artists such and Trey Anastasio and more.
