About This Course
We offer an immersive program that will teach you how to use the heart as an organ of perception. This will increase your intuitive ability as well as utilize the power of the heart to guide your decisions in life in the most optimal way. In short, this course facilitates a deep understanding and application of heart-centered living.
The program begins with a primer on the fascinating properties of the heart such as the ones described above. Next comes an in-depth dive into the specific breathing exercises that will bring you in tune to the heart center and expand, as well as magnify, the energy field of the heart. Once there is heart-mind coherence, a series of more advanced tactile imaging and subtle energy body awareness meditations will be taught that will unlock your heart-based superpowers.
Ariana, who is also on the Shift team, will be teaching this course with Paul. Being a certified Kundalini yoga teacher, she will bring her knowledge of specific heart-opening kriyas, meditations, and breathwork techniques that will magnify the potent benefits of creating heart lucidity.
